RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

BANOON will accept, return or exchange items that are in new condition with the original tag, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For full refund or exchange, bring your item the day it was purchased with receipt. Items that are not brought back within the same day of the sales cannot be returned and if the item is not brought within 48 hours it cannot be exchanged.
